David secured our business by over inflating sales price expectations. I was happy to do business with someone who would shoot for the stars and land on the moon as opposed to competing agents who told me up front what the property would sell for but who wouldn’t try for more. I guess the result is the same, but negotiating down from a higher sell point was a lower risk strategy than starting lower and being squeezed. Marketing was included, and the incentive to spend big was therefore low. I’d recommend following up on this so as to get what you want included. Save the extra FindMyAgent commission, go direct, and choose a couple of extra marketing channels.
