This seemed to attract several potential buyers whose competition for the property resulted in a more than satisfactory selling price for us. He and his staff made themselves available whenever we required them; indeed, the feedback was most regular and probably led to the sale being effected in only eight days. We were especially impressed by the photographer's work.
