Fingal Bay Purchase

We had the great pleasure of working with David Schmarr PRD Nationwide Port Stephens to assist us in our purchase of a beautiful home at Fingal Bay. Not all went according to plan as the owner was overseas and at one stage not sure she wanted to sell but with David's perseverance and gentle powers of persuasion we were able to to secure the purchase. David was generous with his time, a great communicator and negotiator and importantly able to work with both parties.
