The things we most liked about working with David included: * he was very quick to get on our wave length. We wanted to sell the flat unrenovated - and he got on board with the idea very quickly. Other real estate agents we interviewed kept suggesting that we make improvements before sale. * he was very organised and easy to work with. It made it a lot easier to organise ourselves around the timelines * he was easy to talk to and discuss options with. We were thinking about polishing our floor boards of our flat, but David was able to convince us that our money was better spent with a stylist. This was definitely the better way to go.
