David helped the reviewer sell this property

Great agent, great result!

After interviewing 3 local agents before going to market, David by far stood out from the rest. His knowledge, mannerisms & warm rapport is what built up our trust immediately. Throughout our campaign, David’s communication with us was outstanding, we were never in any doubt. At Auction, our apartment reached over 30k above reserve. Even in a buyers market, we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Key is to be realistic and listen to David. We have already recommended David to all our friends, neighbours and family.
