A big shout out for David, very easy to talk too when I first called him. He was engaging, great communicator in asking what I wanted out of this sale and took the time to explain how a sale would progress( fees/ advertising etc) answering any questions that i had. He outlined a sales strategy in regard to the property as it was at that time leased out.
