David steered us in the right direction and offered honest advice. It was obvious he was working for the vendor to get them the best price, however I never felt pressured and he was very knowledgeable about the process.

We had been recommended to contact Belle Property agency by another Belle customer, which happened to be our friend. It was rather a big decision, which, I believe applies to all house owners! This involves very intense emotions, lack of sleep, and continuous weighing decisions all the way through the whole process! Let alone cleaning the house thoroughly twice a week! On top of that, given that the COVID took place, we were not entirely sure whether this timing would suit the house sale. Once we were contacted by Belle Property and David visited the house, it seemed that we were going towards the selling point very quickly. There were many things to be arranged, answered and documents signed. There was a big team of Belle property people helping us getting through along this journey. Apart from a regular communication with David, we also had weekly meetings with him, which helped us to understand the market and put our expectations in place as we all had a good look at the data, related to the interest of the potential buyers' profile. When it all came to a conclusion of selling the property, we were not only relieved but really happy with the end result, which enabled us to move closer to another property. The house we bought soon after the sale suits us much better!
