It is no wonder that David's motto is "David Snell Sells" because he does! Along with the 'D' team- David, Donna and Damien, the whole selling process was stress free. Nobody likes home opens, but David made them short, sweet and effective in the times that suited me. In the current tough market where the average house sale is 77 days, mine sold in 35. David and his team seamlessly managed the initial consult, photos and signage right through to the home open process, contracts and recommended a settlement agent along with other people as required. All in all, I was very happy with Davids' no nonsense style, his teams communication throughout the process and I would recommend you use the 'D' team when you’re ready to sell.
