David Sommerville is the most active and client orientated sales person I have ever met - and I am not young!! He is totally dedicated to the client (myself) researched absolutely everything required - and a lot more - kept me informed all of the time. He is dedicated, works hard, keeps you in the loop whilst setting up of the sale is taking place - i.e. open house, all paperwork required etc. He even touches base with you AFTER open houses and advises you of progress. He advises you on advertising - what / when / how - who is going to give the best coverage for the least amount of money. He thinks of all of the things you don't know about and if you do, he shares his thoughts with you. He is thorough, obviously knows his job backwards and takes any worry or stress out of the whole procedure. It was an absolute pleasure to be guided through him through my house sale - 4 weeks from go to end - and it wasn't a "must sell" house - just an ordinary house. He had the place open well before people arrived for open house so that it was cool, fans on etc and garden neat and tidy. Try that for service - you won't regret it.
