David has an exceptional ability to sell any property. He provides a customer with excellent professional service which includes weekly status update and good communications. Most importantly, he helped me to sell my property. I am 100% satisfied at the end with his excellent service.
David's knowledge on the area and expertise in the real estate industry proved to be very successful with the sale of my house in a matter of days. He obtained more than expected for the price which I was overwhelmed at the figure presented. I also had various changes of circumstances which did not faze David, he dealt with everything very professionally and down to earth nature made this sale easy. I would most definitely recommend David to anyone looking at selling. I would also go back to David in the near future which I am in a position to re purchase.
From the moment I met David he was down to earth, gave advice when asked, friendly and approachable. At no time did he try to sell his product. I chased him and asked him to be my agent due to previous experience with me months before. I am very satisfied and delighted with David and his team, they are a credit to industry.
David was very professional in the dealings of the unit and well supported by his team.
We picked Go Gecko because it was close to home, but as soon as we met David Sullivan, we never considered going anywhere else. He is straight forward, down to earth, knows what he is talking about, there is nothing false about him. David made the sale of our house stress free and easy. We would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone buying or selling a property. It is rare in this day and age to find honest, trustworthy people who deliver on their promises. He gave us 110% satisfaction. Thanks also to Casey who helped and is also a great person. Well done Go Gecko and thank you for everthing. Christine & Tom

We selected David to sell our investment property due to his down-to-earth, honest approach and his willingness to go the extra mile to provide top quality service. We were not disappointed. David took care of everything and made this the easiest possible process. He negotiated a sale at our first open home and kept us informed every step of the way. David would be my first contact for any real estate needs in the future.
Thank you David, I was very happy with the result of the Sale. I was kept in the loop all of the time. The house was sold in 3.5 weeks. The same house next door took 150 days with another agent from another Company. I would recommend Go Gecko to sell any house for a good result Thank you David and Staff Paul
