I bought a property being sold by David, after having attended many open homes, and conducted a lot of research (and therefore met a lot of agents). David has been one of the better agents I have dealt with. I have high standards and am not easy to please; hence I have not given him a 5-star score. I very seldom do in any review. I can't comment on his market knowledge as I conducted my own intensive research. I gave 4/5 for credibility - not that he did anything to make me distrust him, but unfortunately real estate agents as a group don't enjoy a good reputation in this area. I found him to be extremely professional. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
