Great job David thank you.

Very impressed with David and Go Gecko Inner North. They managed to sell our house in 3 days!! David is honest, hard working and transparent in his dealings. Right from the get go he offered us excellent advice to achieve the ultimate goal of selling our house at the price we wanted and we saved ourselves close to $10 000 with their capped commissions. Would definitely use Go Gecko and David again and recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their house.

Good Communication, helpful advise, very transparent.

Thanks Go Gecko!!! After sourcing appraisals from many of the BIG real estate chains, it was a breath of fresh air when I met David Sullivan (the Principal of Go Gecko Northside). David has an acute understanding of the market and was able to offer me invaluable tips on how best to present my property. David was very astute. He always kept me informed with the progress of the sale and from the outset he was a consummate professional and a thorough gentleman. David was enthusiastic and he worked tirelessly until he had secured a favorable outcome for me. He was able to negotiate a settlement figure over and above what I had anticipated! To say I was happy with Go Gecko would be an understatement and I would highly recommend contacting them if you are looking at selling...And did I mention they saved me $6000-$7000 on commission and advertising? ... Thanks again Go Gecko! Absolute Legends!

David and the Gogecko team have made selling my house painless and quick. A quick sale with great communication along the way. 100% recommended them for any real estate needs.

David met all our expectations as an agent. He was thoroughly professional in all he did and was extremely personable through it all. We had great confidence in his ability and interest in our property. We would gladly recommend him to family or others to sell their homes.

I recently came into the property market to purchase a home on the northside of Brisbane. After research and discussions with David from Go Gecko I located a property and with David's subsequent help with local knowledge and negotiations I purchased. I would highly recommend David and Go Gecko to any prospective purchaser.

David was very prompt, accommodating, and responsive to any of our needs. Always kept us in the loop.
