David Sullivan ensured all my questions were answered and guided me through the difficult parts of the sale. He did not over promise but negotiated well on my behalf to get a pleasing and fair result for all parties. Importantly, David maintained regular contact with me (formal written reports, text messages and phone calls) from time of listing through to settlement. This regular communication made the journey so much easier for me. When necessary, David increased his involvement to ensure the selling process did not get unnecessarily bogged down on inconsequential matters. He also worked hard to make sure all deadlines where met and all stakeholders knew what was going on. Overall, this was a very pleasing process for me (as seller) and I would not hesitate to return to David and his Go-Gecko team should I need to buy or sell in the future. Cheers

I was very happy with David Sullivan and his team at Go Gecko Clayfield. They provided good advice based on their extensive knowledge and experience. Their communications during the whole sale process was excellent. They achieved an outcome with which i was extremely pleased with. I would definitely recommend David and his team. Thanks again David

Thanks for all your hard work David, the market was tough but the sale was nice and smooth at the end. We liked your straight approach and positive attitude.

Great experience selling house through David and Casey. The communication was very good from the word go and they didn't bag other real estate agents, as others did so I decided to sell through Go Gecko. They achieved great result for my property which was fantastic.

Just bought my first home through David and he was brilliant with it all. He was able to help us every step of the way and made the entire process a lot easier for us. Would definitely recommend him to everyone else.

David achieved our price expectation on the first open home and we were extremely satisfied with the process and outcome and would definitely recommend David as a professional, understanding and result driven agent.

David was fantastic. So easy, friendly and he made the process stress free. We are so happy with every thing David helped us with. Thank you so much

David was great to deal with on the sale of house. He followed up on queries, did everything he said he would and was honest and straightforward. Would sell happily with him again

David did a great job selling our house. After having a slow start with a different agent we moved to Go Gecko North and it was the best decision we made. David was a breath of fresh air! He has a very confident and positive attitude which really helped sell the house and keep the tenants happy at the same time. He has a lot of common sense and is the best agent I have come across. I would recommend David to anyone selling their home. Thanks David from Go Gecko North!

We recently purchased our home from David and although he was acting for the vendor we were very well looked after. Nothing we asked for was ever a problem, even after we had signed the contract. He was friendly, professional and down-to-earth. If we decide to buy or sell again in the future we will definitely give David a call and we would highly recommend him to anyone in the market.

The team at Go Gecko got the job done. We were satisfied with the result which took us to were we wanted to be. The set commission is a god send. You get the same result and money in your pocket. Thats a deal.

Thank you David for all the work you did selling our house recently. You have a great team there at Go Gecko Inner North, a big thanks to all involved. You were so easy to deal with, whilst maintaining a sense of humour at all times. The buck didn't stop with the sale of our house, you also helped out with the purchase of another property, and that was greatly appreciated, when you said 'leave that with me to sort out’ you did!!! If we are ever in the market for real estate again - you would be our first choice. Thanks again ............. Lydia and Louie
