I found David Taylor and his brother John to be very Knowledgeable and extremely Helpful in all matters of the sale. David organized all manor of tradies to get the house ready for sale and was there to open and close up when tradies left. He collected mail and all manor of other things as well. We had issues out of our control with the auction as the market just didn't seem to be there for us, so sold at a lower price.
Leading up to the auction David was very helpful and went the extra mile, assisting with contact names of trades people, keeping us informed after each open house, encourage the crowd to bid on auction day.
