I have recently bought a home through David and my experience is very bitter, as house is missing smoke alarm and many appliances are not working and hard door looks broken and property got major rework required. I was busy at work and engage an inspector but David told me he confirmed there is no structural damage. There is major re stumping, underpinning and guttering required. So, advertisement and everything was misleading. He didn't help me in removing rubbish under floor also broken stove hard rubbish in pout door area. All in all my experience with him is worse, i wish i could have power to go back in times and change my decision. I will not recommend him and future buyers needs to do a good research otherwise they will be in same situation like.... Home buying is a life time experience but it is a nightmare for me now :(
