If you’re selling a house, I would highly recommend David to be your agent! It was easy to communicate with him especially given his multilingual abilities. He helped us get the property prepared before we put the property on the market and saved us a lot of time and effort.He took the time and effort to make sure the property was presented at its best. On top of that, he kept us informed of what the best method to sell was. Although initially being an auction, he advised us that there is a standout buyer and would recommend selling prior to auction. We ended up getting a fantastic result!
