As a first time seller i was very uneducated on the sales process and in tern nervous and overly emotional. David made the process very easy for me and always had my best intentions at the top of the list. There was no pressure from him which made it easier to make the right decision for us. We decided on an auction campaign and the work that was put in, the turn out and the end result was more than we expected. I would say also the best thing is the communication provided. Whether it be good or bad there was no hesitation and the truth was always brought forward which to me was extremely important. I am glad we decided to go with David and his team and would recommend him to any vendor.
