David was open and honest in all of our discussions and certainly is well aware of the local market conditions. His follow up and communication were excellent with regular phone calls and emails regarding the inspections that transpired. His ability to quantify various potential buyers demonstrates that his experience is in bringing a potential buyer to contract is excellent.. His support staff also ensure that the back of house details are performed well and in a timely manner. As a first time seller i was very uneducated on the sales process and in tern nervous and overly emotional. David made the process very easy for me and always had my best intentions at the top of the list. There was no pressure from him which made it easier to make the right decision for us. We decided on an auction campaign and the work that was put in, the turn out and the end result was more than we expected. I would say also the best thing is the communication provided. Whether it be good or bad there was no hesitation and the truth was always brought forward which to me was extremely important.
