He came with his lovely sidekick Alexa and was very honest about everything that needed to be done to achieve a good sale. I told them I was a terrible procrastinator and I didn't get back to them until 6 months later in May. David is such a charming and knowledgeable man and Ms Alexa a lovely lady. I'd followed David's advice to the letter and he was very impressed and told me so, many times😂. We then worked out all the nitty gritty to get my house on the market ASAP. I cannot thank them enough. I'm 72 yrs old and had to do the move completely on my own so their expertise and unfailing help got me across the line and they were able to bring home a good price for me one week later. David gave us realistic and timely advice about preparation and presentation, important for us as we were interstate and overseas throughout the process. He checked in regularly with us and provided connections for marketing, legal work, building and pest inspections. He FaceTimed with us for a house inspection once the tenants exited as well as during the auction. We were supported right through to settlement.
