The process of selling this property was made easy through the process David Umana took us through. He communicated regularly and was honest about the market. His weekly reports were thorough and it was obvious he had communicated with the buyers to build an understanding of how they were placed. He took buyers through the property not only during the viewing times but when they were available. He adapted to circumstances when buyers were from interstate, recording viewings and having additional staff at the auction for buyer access.
