The Nick Johnstone Agency gave us a good result with minimum outlay on unnecessary advertising. They are a single agency with good coverage around BRIGHTON. Other agencies in the area have multiple outlets around Melbourne and talk about increased pull. They push a much bigger adverting spend that includes print matter in Melbourne Weekly. Our spend with Nick Johnstone was about half the spend suggested by bigger agencies. Nick Johnstone gave us good exposure through electronic advertising. Like all agencies Nick Johnstone gave us a spread of results that we might expect to get and like all agencies once we signed they moved to quieten off our expectations. In a quieting market we were very pleased with the efforts that both Russ Enticott and David Urquart made to present the property, opening it up outside of normal hours to returning prospects. The property was sold prior to auction. People seeking a more personal relationship with a less glitzy big agency will enjoy working with the people at Nick Johnstone.
