If there was one thing David did which other agents seem to miss, was David could see the effort and costs of the improvements and overall presentation made. We didn't get to meet David Vraca in the flesh (so to speak) due to our sales campaign being conducted during the end of lockdown, (remote viewings, online auction ect). However, we felt like we had his full attention and support throughout the sales campaign right through to the exchange of contracts. All very controlled sale, especially as there was Covid-19 uncertainty and challenges around inspections - So David and Scott did well using limited time and appointments well I feel.
