Having been through the Selling and Buying Process 9 times over the last 25 years, we feel well equipped to write this review. We had been monitoring the market closely and had been impressed by David Walker and his team- through their digital presence, their market knowledge and the relationships they have built with much of the Upper North Shore. We had decided to sell at the early stages of the pandemic - and after consulting with David we both felt reassured that regardless of this once in a lifetime unique "market" - that he was the absolute best person to partner with through this process. David and his team provided unparalleled communication and service. He supported our desire to sell "off-market" and had a strategy for pre and post this decision. Needless to say we didn't need a plan B as David sold our home within a week at a price we were very happy with!
