David made us feel comfortable the whole way through the daunting process of selling our family home. The whole way through he was honest, listened to everything we had to say, returned every phone call and on auction day outperformed our expectations. David and his team were fantastic right from the start. We met with David to discuss the sale and he came prepared with information about recent sales and comparable properties in the area. He knew what he was talking about. David is a very good listener and never gave the impression that he was in a hurry or that our questions weren't valid. Once we signed the listing agreement we felt we were in very good hands. Candice organised a stylist and recommended a handyman and a cleaner to help us get the house ready. She also put us in touch with someone to do the building inspection. We were able to get the photography done and get on the market quite quickly. David remained in touch during this period and once the inspections started he followed up in afternoon on the same day and sent detailed reports on Mondays. After one Saturday inspection there were two interested parties - David spoke to us early on Monday morning, negotiated and kept us in the loop over the next few hours and by 3pm the deal was done and we signed the contracts! Since the sale David's team have helped us with the paperwork and overall it has been a smooth process, very professionally handled. I don't know how he does it but David gives the impression that you are his only client! He was always happy to take calls during the week and returned calls very promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend David, Candice and the Ray White team more highly.
