Found to be very communicable and tried all avenues available to him to find buyers. Nothing was too much trouble. I thought first valuation was too high but he thought it was ok so I went with it. Eventually lowered valuation and sale followed.

David has been absolutely fantastic in supporting us to purchase our first property in Evanston. His demeanour and negotiation skills are of a high regard. He is extremely efficient and has responded to every request we have made in a quick manner.
