I dealt with salesman Mark Ripley and admin person Petra. They were both very helpful and cooperative in expediting my purchase. We had some issues with delays with the seller but Petra was able to get us some early access to the property to measure up rooms, and then get early possession before settlement. We are happy with their assistance.
