With a friendly and relaxed approach, David went the extra mile several times to assist. From printing out and delivering paperwork when my printer ran out of ink, to resolving technical issues with the property's complicated heat reclaim system during final inspection, nothing was ever a problem. I was provided with great information about the building and it's various features and some sound advice regarding insurance of the strata titled property. David also showed a great deal of patience while my bank seemed to be dragging their heels on several occasions. I suspect he kept the sellers calm during this period too!
