David was mum's first and only choice when selling her house in Nollamara. The sale of the house was required to fund her move into a nursing home. David was great from the start and the house sold within 2 weeks, at a price that gave her the freedom to choose her next place to live. Unfortunately, she passed away before the settlement paperwork could be signed but David was very understanding and arranged an extended settlement with the buyer, so we could arrange the completion of the sale through her estate. David and his team are knowledgeable and their communication throughout the process has been great.
