Dave was willing to take my calls well after normal business hours while my husband and me were having issues with another property we were buying elsewhere. He didn't have to have those conversations as it wasn't related to his own business, but he was always happy to help which is a rare commodity. He was always professional when it came to the sale of our property, and was always honest, never tried to mislead us with the market value. Would highly recommend him.
