Stressful experience made pleasant by good humour
David has a wide experience of the industry. He is able to bring this to bear in a timely manner when circumstances require it. Throughout he is attentive and approachable. The potentially difficult process of 'down sizing' was made bearable through his ever-present sense of humour.
