I have come across and dealt with many real estate agents in my life. It is fair to say most do an adequate job, but there are exceptions. David Wood is one such exception. I first encountered David when we sought to purchase a property in Albert Park Victoria. While working for the vendor of the day to secure the sale, he also worked on our behalf ensuring we had the correct market information about rental expectations so we could make a sound financial decision.
