Before I start this review I am writing this on behalf of my mother Margaret Heawood of 34 Friend Street, George Town who was ill at the time and myself, sister Debbie and brother Danny assited in the sale of the house. I originally made contact through another agent who immediately gave me Davids mobile number. A message was left and his response was immediate. From the time we made contact David called at the house we met and completed primary paperwork and house placed on the market about 1 hour later. Because of times restraints in we wanted to commence cleaning and removing items from the house. David was able to arrange photograpy inside and out byt he end of the week which was very professionally done and presented We were notified regulary by email and personal calls and nothing was too hard even to the extent of assisting in rubbish removal. I would recommend David to anyone that was looking to sell or buy. He was very professional and made the experience of selling the house easy, with a buyer within the first ten days. Thank you.
