Selling houses in a bad area no easy task to top it off the environment we have at the moment makes it hard. During this time David managed to get 3 contracts on my property. Two fell through latest one finance which has been harder to obtain. Due to that reason I accepted less than I wanted but could be where property realistically is heading in changing times so happy to have sold and the constant work David did.
