To tell you the truth I had some reservations on what property would suit us and off course the agent that would be selling us that property. We are moving back to Tasmania after retirement and needed to organise some properties to view over a couple of days while visiting Tas. Dave couldn't have been any more helpful, he went out of his way to make sure all the properties that we where interested in where availavle for viewing during our short stay. Dave has a deep knowledge of the area and imparted this knowledge on to us easily.
