We were especially impressed with Davin when he was able to help resolve a last minute disagreement we had with the vendor about an unfair contractual term, that if left unresolved, would have left us no choice but to walk away from this property. He leveraged his connections and experience to ultimately defuse what was undoubtedly a very stressful situation for all. Davin made a real effort to get to know us as people rather than buyers, a trait that is so incredibly rare in the industry. We are not surprised at all that Davin is the best in his field, and we would absolutely be delighted if he could, one day, sell our home! We cannot recommend Davin enough to vendors looking to sell!
