She is very active in her own community and is often seen shouting encouragement to her 3 kids at their sporting events. It must stand out from the rest and that takes flair and often a different approach. After that it is the little things that count. Attention to detail, following a tried and proven process and some straight forward hard work is what it takes and I thrive on all of it” Davina loves real estate because it is central to homes and homes are central to families. It is a pursuit that allows her to follow her natural tendency to help people and to share a small part of their most valuable possession, their home. She is delighted to be invited into people’s lives, to help them find solutions and to achieve success in property. She sees it as her privilege and one that she does not take for granted.

Davina operates a very Professional Business, further supported by her proactive, clear and orderly demeanour. It's a very intimate process choosing ones new home and we felt very confident and comfortable working with her. She always finds solutions to Clients problems and exceed their expectations, we found her extremely agreeable and not pushy at all. Most importantly she keeps in contact and saves the Clients time and money as she negotiates on your behalf when it comes to agreeing on a Property Price between Purchaser and Vendor. The speed and efficiency with which Davina worked to ensure that the sale was completed in such a short amount of time was nothing short of amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a property. Props to Davina!
