I have found Davis from Peter in Raywhite Clayton to sell my apartment in Notting hill and he sold it after it had been passed in with $391k for $430k . This is not the price I want but this is the current high price in that building for the selling apartments . I do not gain any profits but no loss as well . But this is the apartment which it is not easy to sell in Melbourne market . So I am still think he has done a great job . Well done .

He understanding of the market – both from a vendor and prospective purchaser point of view – and have the good selling skills and time management. Davis ability to sell my property within the first 2 weeks of the marketing campaign was more than just luck … the property was realistically priced and, as such, it was just a matter of time.
