Both Dawn & Michael have gone out of their way to assist with pre-sale advice and have shown outstanding ability in this area. Their advice has enable us to sell our property well above what we had expected, due to their professionalism and experience - genuine and sincere - all throughout the entire process. We will never bother to look elsewhere in future, as most Agents are only second to used car salespeople, as far as we are concerned. BUT this Real Estate Agent is different. They manage to not only look after the seller but somehow also help the purchaser with the "best fit".
