Dayne was very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I felt that he knew the Fairfield area well and he was honest and open. He was helpful in finding us tradespeople when we needed to get a quote to inform our building inspection. He was very generous in assisting us when we sought a revision in the sale price and he even threw in a cash voucher once the property had settled! Thanks Dayne.
