Dayne just completed the 3rd (of 3) sales for me & I could not have been happier with the result, particularly on the last (& most awkward) sale! After a bit of messing around with a potential buyer, Dayne rolled up the sleeves & negotiated a sale price with another buyer well above the first offer. Could not be happier & would gladly recommend Dayne to anyone..
