We were planning to sell our property at No 3 Cabriolet Court Upper Coomera and was preparing this for the last six months and consulting quite a number of agents who were keen to procced with the sales options. The whole team were always punctual, knowledgeable and good communicators. They gave advice on many aspects of presenting and selling the house. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. My house had a lot of termite damage and Brad recommended some excellent builders and others for repairs, termite barriers and future protection etc. I was still concerned the house wouldn’t sell or only receive a very low bid.
