Deanne was one of two agents that were initially approached, with the intention to select one for an exclusive listing. The other agent (from a firm local to our suburb) believed they could get us the best price. They claimed that, because their firm was named after our suburb, they would generate more leads and a better sale price. Deahnne was confident the true market value was between $100,000 and $150,000 more than the other agent. Unbeknown to Deahnne, we were on a countdown to confirm finance on the place we were moving to. Time was therefore of the essence. Also, Christmas was only a few weeks away! In an incredibly short time, Deahnne organised a styling agent to make our place look fantastic, a painter to fix some small issues, and a photographer to take stunning photos. Deahnne then worked tirelessly with chasing leads, doing letterbox drops and running open home sessions. The result was an unconditional sale at the asking price. I cannot recommend Deahhne highly enough!
