Dean informed us of every step, looked after a raft of background issues, liaised with our solicitor, drove around town to get documents signed off and we felt connected throughout the process. Our situation involved a health crisis and we were fortunate to find an agent who empathised and put in the extra effort to obtain the best possible outcome for all parties, with minimum fuss.
