He tried very hard to get the sale though the auction, which I was very excited about, but no success. Nevertheless his persistence came through 2days later and voila it was sold and I can now purchase my new property. Who said downsizing is difficult. Thanks a million Dean.

Dean was very professional and non-pushy. Throughout the entire sales process I felt he was always acting in our best interests but didn't shy away from being up front and honest about all the facts, even if they weren't what we wanted to hear. He gave a realistic value of our property and didn't promise the earth that he couldn't deliver.
