It is now about a year since we asked Soames to nominate someone who could help us sell our property at 108 Wideview Rd, Berowra Heights 2082. We got Dean (and his wonderful wife, Di). These two came in, took charge - and we mean in every aspect of a property sale. They advised us on how to de-clutter our property and get it to an "advertisable" stage. That was our "To Do" list. Virtually everything else - they did!! They set a price of around $750 - $790K which was the going rate for similar properties and fairly optimistic as the property needed a fair amount of work. However, with their constant guidance we managed to get it to a stage where it actually "looked Good". The initial offers came in at around the $800K mark but with Deans' calmness and doggedness, we ended up with a sale at around $850K AND he convinced the buyer to give us a 3 month period before Closing, which we very badly needed. This is nothing short of bl**dy REMARKABLE. I was very pleased with the support and sales outcome provided by Dean and Di.
