Dean was great as we don't live in this property and we live in Sydney Dean took control of the whole deal. From organising the tenants to getting the place ready for sale and them clean it up after the sale to make the new buyers happy. We never met Dean but he contacted us as soon as anything happen. This is the first house we have sold we have bought a few I wish he was at the ones we purchased as he is also very truthful and he generally cares which is rare as we have found out before.
