He handled it alone paying no less attention to every potential customer at the open house. He is an efficient and effective negotiator, and tried to close the deal by all means in a professional and timely manner. Dean went above and beyond what was expected during the sale process. He provided advice on the best sales strategy and what improvements should be made to the property prior to the sale. He also organised painters, a handyman, a gardener and the staging of the property.
