We spent around 12 months looking for the right property to call home. During this time we met countless agents who were arrogant, rude, uninformed and some who were more suited to a used car sale lot then the property market. It was good to come across Dean who was a refreshing agent without the sales pitch. Dean took the time to arrange an inspection that suited my wife and I's work constraints at short notice and rather then give the typical real estate pitches that we were so used to hearing we had actual constructive unbiased conversations around the property market. Dean was also excellent to deal with in terms of getting information quickly and always responded within the hour, this is particularly useful when deadlines are tight and the market is busy. Other agents in North Brisbane could take some lessons from Dean, he understood that buyers are now more informed then ever and that its more important to be genuine then to give real estate lip service.
