I always herd to never trust a real estate agent but I couldn't say that about Dean. Honest, down to earth & genuinely works to get the best outcome for both parties. We are so lucky to have been able to tell Dean what we were after in hope that something would come on the market that ticked all the boxes, not just some. Sure enough, Dean delivered above & beyond our expectations getting us exactly the type of property we had been searching for. Not only did it tick all the boxes we had listed, it had more features that we hadn't banked on that Dean pointed out to us. Dean handled every issue that came up for our sale very quickly minimising everything and making our sale very simple. He suggested valuable improvements to the market value and organised all trades and timeframes to meet our sale needs and had prospective buyers lined up and ready prior to going to market. I do not think the purchase of this property would have come together if it had not been for Dean. Dean was dealing with an elderly lady and quite often made the 30 - 45 min drive just to pick her up and bring her to the property. He went out of his way to help the seller and was very patient.
