I found Dean to be presentable, knowledgeable and approachable . He was professional in all my dealings with him both telephonically and in person. He always returned my calls/Sms's and never left me hanging. A big plus for me is punctuality - I run my own business therefore timekeeping is critical to me, Dean was always on time everytime which I really appreciate - my experience of dealing with Dean has been an absolute pleasure and I would recommend and be happy to deal with him again.
