Dean impressed me 4 years ago at a open house

4 years ago when looking to buy in the Stafford area, I went to a open house next to the house I wanted to buy. Talking to Dean I was impressed with his local knowledge and history about the Real Estate in Stafford. Now selling another property 4 year on, I research Dean Hamilton first. He not only was still in Stafford but had Market share and minimal days for homes on the market. So I Phoned Him. Told him the above and wanted him to Sell my property. 1st Day with in hours of our conversation - He had people viewing the home. Still not advertised as yet, more people turned up when the photo's were being taken and yes you are right, They put in a offer that afternoon and we are now unconditional. Product Knowledge is the key to a good Real Estate agent and Dean has this. No wonder he has repetitive clients
