We bought a house off Dean and found him extremely helpful & a pressure to do business with. Had a great knowledge, honest about what he was selling and none of the hard sell and crap that a lot of real estate agents do. When it came to the negotiations, I enjoyed the process as I felt he understood me the seller and in doing so he made this process painless and efficient. I would definitely have him sell any of my properties or if I am looking for one, he would also be a guy I would contact.
